Transport Canada
The Alder Group provided facilitation and rapporteur services for meetings focusing on the implementation of the Ship User Guard pilot project.
Online training tool for Canadian Diabetes Association
The Alder Group developed an online training tool for the Canadian Diabetes Association (CDA) staff and senior managers. An information architecture was designed based on the content developed by the CDA. The training tool consisted of eight modules, a resource centre and an online discussion group to facilitate peer-to-peer learning.
Legal, Ethical and Human Rights Issues Related to HIV/AIDS
The Alder Group designed, planned and facilitated two sessions on legal, ethical and human rights issues related to HIV/AIDS. Regional workshops were held in Alberta and British Colombia to increase the capacity of the Canadian HIV/AIDS Legal Network members and stakeholders to respond to issues raised by Canada's Drug Laws and Policies.
Ontario Healthy Communities Coalition Facilitation Workshop
Jean-Marc Dupont of The Alder Group designed, developed and carried out a ‘train the trainer’ workshop for the Ontario Healthy Communities Coalition on facilitation tips and techniques for community groups.
