Peter Kincaid, Associate Consultant
Peter Kincaid is a talented bilingual adult educator, trainer and facilitator and is renowned as a team building expert, having successfully taught and facilitated numerous groups over the last ten years.
Mr. Kincaid is certified Level II by the Association of Challenge Course Technologists and offers workshops in Challenge Course Training and Technology. He also applies experiential learning approaches and methodologies to his consulting assignments.
He teaches and carries out 360 degree feedback projects, as well as a series of coaching programs based on achieving measurable results. He brings a particular focus and ability to help strengthen client communication skills and feedback mechanisms, and to help develop leadership through training and coaching. Mr. Kincaid's facilitation style is best described as professional and flexible, yet results-based, thoughtful and calming. His enthusiasm is infectious.
With degrees in Education from the University of Toronto and Political Science and Geography from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario, Mr. Kincaid brings a background of 10 years of teaching at the Middle and Secondary School levels. |
