Sophie Rosa, Manager of Services and Operations
Sophie Rosa brings over eight years of experience in health communications to client assignments, as well as skills in project management, writing and information synthesis. Appointed Manager of Client Services and Operations in 2007, Ms. Rosa also acts as Project Manager on most of The Alder Group's consulting assignments, ensuring consistent project performance levels and quality control.
Ms. Rosa has successfully planned, managed and evaluated numerous health communication and consultation initiatives. She has served in a variety of sectors, including federal, provincial and regional governments and agencies, as well as non-governmental organizations. Her depth of experience in consultations and events include the planning and implementation of a series of Workshops on Research across Canada for the Canadian Institutes on Health Research.
Fully bilingual, Ms. Rosa functions with ease in both official languages. She is recognized among her peers for her professionalism, creativity, attention to detail and problem solving skills. She demonstrates self-reliance and solid ethics through all of her projects, and possesses a strong understanding of current health issues.
